The Land Use Board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise specified). All meetings are held at the Hopewell Municipal Building, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, New Jersey.
Land Use and Development
The Land Use Board is responsible for reviewing and approving or denying all variance, site plan and subdivision applications. The Board is responsible for the development and adoption of the Township’s Master Plan, which is the vision for the future growth of our community.
