PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Ordinance #2026-08 entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 220-3 and 220-20 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HOPEWELL was introduced before the Township Committee of Hopewell and passed its first reading on July 9, 2026. The Ordinance will be considered by the Township Committee for final passage at the regular meeting on August 13, 2026, to be held at 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton New Jersey at 6:30 p.m. A copy of the Ordinance can be obtained without cost by any member of the general public at the Clerk’s Office, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
