PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Ordinance #2026-06 entitled ORDINANCE AMENDING CH 220 ENTITLED “LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT” OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HOPEWELL CHECKLIST was introduced before the Township Committee of Hopewell and passed its first reading on June 11, 2026.

The Ordinance will be considered by the Township Committee for final passage at the regular meeting on July 9, 2026, to be held at 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton New Jersey at 6:30 p.m.

A copy of the Ordinance can be obtained without cost by any member of the general public at the Clerk’s Office, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
