PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Ordinance #2026-04 entitled Ordinance to Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to Establish a Cap Bank (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14) was approved for final adoption by the Township Committee of Hopewell after public discussion at the regular meeting held on April 9, 2026. A copy of the Ordinance can be obtained without cost by any member of the general public at the Clerk’s Office, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
