PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Ordinance #2026-04 entitled Ordinance to Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to Establish a Cap Bank (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14) was introduced before the Township Committee of Hopewell and passed its first reading on March 26, 2026. The Ordinance will be considered by the Township Committee for final passage at the regular meeting on April 9, 2026, to be held at 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton New Jersey at 6:30 p.m. A copy of the Ordinance can be obtained without cost by any member of the general public at the Clerk’s Office, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
