PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Ordinance #2026-02 entitled ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HOPEWELL, CUMBERLAND COUNTY TO ADD THE RESIDENTIAL INCLUSIONARY OVERLAY DISTRICT IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACT was approved for final adoption by the Hopewell Township Committee after public discussion at the regular meeting held on March 12, 2026. A copy of the Ordinance can be obtained without cost by any member of the general public at the Clerk’s Office, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
