PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Ordinance #2026-01 entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWNSHIP CODE TO INCREASE LAND USE BOARD ADMINISTRATIVE AND ESCROW FEES AND ADOPT A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE was introduced before the Township Committee of Hopewell and passed its first reading on January 29, 2026.  The Ordinance will be considered by the Township Committee for final passage at the regular meeting on February 12, 2026, to be held at 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton New Jersey at 6:30 p.m.  A copy of the Ordinance can be obtained without cost by any member of the general public at the Clerk’s Office, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
