Notice of request for bids

LEASE OF FARMLAND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Committee of the Township of Hopewell, in Cumberland County, New Jersey, will accept sealed bids on or before Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, New Jersey, 08302, for farmland lease rights for a parcel at the Barretts Run Park containing approximately 90 acres, being parts of Block 35, Lots 3, 3.01 and 4.

A Bid Package consisting of this Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Affidavit of Non-Collusion, Form of Farmland Lease, Specifications, Affirmative Action Affidavit and an Affidavit of Stockholder Disclosure may be obtained at the Municipal Building, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, New Jersey between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Bid Package is also available online at www.hopewelltwp-nj.com.

Bidders are required to comply with all applicable statutory requirements including the requirement of P.L. 1975 C. 127 (Affirmative Action). The Township of Hopewell reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the Proposal received and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Township.
