Public Notice of Hearing

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the Hopewell Township Land Use Board for Site Plan Approval, Variance Relief pursuant to N.J.S.A 40:55D70c(2) for the number of proposed parking spaces as per Section 220-63.J(12) of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the expansion of the existing restaurant known as Green Olive Restaurant to add a 14’x15′ covered outdoor patio and a 14’x15′ pergola along with site modifications. The applicant is also seeking a parking requirement variance, an NJDEP LOI waiver and any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion, and without further public notice, in order to allow the undersigned applicant to establish and maintain the existing facility and related amenities and other proposed site improvements. The existing restaurant is located on the property shown as Block 54, Lot 3.02 on Sheet #14 of the Hopewell Township, New Jersey Tax Map, located at 610 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.

Public hearing on the above-mentioned application which is the subject of this Notice has been scheduled for August 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Hopewell Municipal Building, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, New Jersey, at which time and place any interested party (as defined by N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard either in person, or by agent or attorney.

All documents in support of this application are on file at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the hearing date for public inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Secretary to the Land Use Board, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, New Jersey.
