PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP.  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received in the Clerk’s Office, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302, by 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 11, 2025, for the following: Resolution #2025-16 Animal Sheltering Services and Resolution #2025-25 Risk Management Consultant Services.

Submission packages may be obtained at the Clerk’s Office, (856) 455-1230 during regular business hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or by emailing the Clerk Department at: municipalclerk@hopewelltwp-nj.com or using this link: https://hopewelltwp-nj.com/services/job-postings/ to download the bid package.  All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration of Public Contractors), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts).  The Township of Hopewell reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgement will be in the best interest of the Township of Hopewell.  The Township Committee of the Township of Hopewell shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of same.  By Order of the Township Committee of the Township of Hopewell.
